My sport, my lifestyle.




Volleyball, martial arts, hip hop, tennis, and whatever you want; when you take part in a sport, you're taking part in a Family. 

My Family is the "Kickboxing Family". We meet every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday to exercise. During our workouts we're strong, we're concentrated but we always find a moment to laugh and chat a little together. We help each other if there's something wrong, we're sad if someone's sad, but we always find a reason to make him laugh. We love each other like brothers do and we're a really big Family. 

Sport is not only sweat, improve body and mind. It's about self care, mind care too. When you practise, you leave all your problems out and for an hour and half/two hours you clear your mind. It's an amazing thing which everyone should try once in their lifetime. Even if you're running together with your friends you're doing sport. So keep it in your mind: Sport always clears body and mind and improves relationships, so if you can't see the light, it's the right moment to take part in a sport family.
